Ellen Campbell

Chief Executive Officer

Ellen joined the Manawanui team in July 2024 as COO and quickly became part of our whānau bringing extensive experience in operations leadership across health and research environments in New Zealand and the USA. She was appointed Chief Executive Officer in August 2026 and continues to lead Manawanui with a focus on meeting the needs of our customers effectively and consistently.

Louis Goodier

Chief Technology Officer

Louis has extensive experience in software development, business management and technology consulting. He has worked for well-known New Zealand organisations, such as Metservice and co-founded his IT consultancy firm.

He brings an attitude which has helped shift Manawanui into a professional organisation which adopts global technical best practice standards.

Rahul Jaswal

Chief Information Officer

Rahul joined Manawanui in October 2024, bringing broad experience in architecture and consulting across cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise systems, with a background spanning corporate, government, and tertiary sectors.

He leads the organisation’s information, technology operations, and digital platforms, ensuring they are reliable, secure and enable people across Manawanui to deliver services effectively.

Neil Browning

Chief Corporate Services Officer

Neil joined the Manawanui team in November 2015 and brings many years of experience of delivering IT solutions and change for large organisations in the UK and Europe. He is now managing the Corporate Services team and is responsible for the work that keeps our organisation running smoothly, such as Health & Safety, Human Resources and administration.

Karen Urwin

Chief Financial Officer

Karen joined the Manawanui team in February 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in financial management across health and commercial environments in New Zealand.

As a NZ Chartered Accountant, Karen has been on the executive teams of some large privately held and listed groups. This has provided her with extensive commercial and governance experience.

Specialising in M&A and business transformations, Karen more recently refined her focus to Aged Care where she gained an appreciation for the similarities between high acuity care and the disability sector.
