EPP Insurance - Professional Business Cover
Most Individualised Funding users take on the role of employer and have to manage one or many employment relationships with their staff. Even the most solid relationships can sour and when employment is involved, it can easily turn into a legal dispute. EPP, the Employment Protection Package includes Insurances to protect you against injury(not covered by ACC) and any Personal Grievance from an employment dispute. Understanding the Purchasing Guidelines
The Ministry of Health have a set of Purchasing Guidelines that are used to ensure people with disability support funding, can purchase the most appropriate support for their needs and situation. Manawanui has created this short video to explain each of the four criteria and why they are necessary. Understanding these principles and having a confident grasp of them ensures you can apply the criteria to your situation and maximise the effectiveness of your funding.
